Terms and conditions

  1. A strict non smoking policy is to be adhered to on all vehicles.
  2. The driver is responsible for the safety of his vehicle and passengers and must be allowed to decide what conduct and behaviour is permissible. Standing on the seats is not permitted and the Hirer will defray the cost of making good any damage done to the vehicle by the passengers.
  3. The vehicle must be used only by the Hirer and may not be sub-let without the Company’s prior written consent.
  4. The Company accepts no responsibility for the non-observance of any alterations to the hiring arrangements unless agreed to and confirmed in writing by the Company beforehand.
  5. The shortest and most direct route in both directions will be taken unless otherwise specified and the Hirer will be liable for any extra time or mileage covered to meet a party’s requirements, in addition to those quoted for. The rates for such additions are 2.50p per mile and/or £10 per 15 minutes waiting time (x2 waiting time after midnight).
  6. The Company does not guarantee to complete any journey in any given time and, apart from the cover conferred by the compulsory statutory insurance against third party risks as required by S.151 Road Traffic Act 1960 and S.148 Road Traffic Act 1972, it does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, inconvenience, injury or death arising from any accident, breakdown or delay attributable to reasons beyond the control of the Company.
  7. There is room for reasonable amounts of baggage and equipment which will be carried at the discretion of the driver. All items are carried at the owner’s risk and the Company will not normally be responsible for loss or damage. Any item left on a vehicle whilst parked will be at the owner’s risk.
  8. All lost property items are deposited at the Company Office where all enquiries should be addressed. A fee will be payable in accordance with regulations.
  9. No vehicle may carry passengers in excess of the authorised seating capacity.
  10. The Company reserves the right to substitute other operators’ vehicles for its own to carry out a journey if necessary.
  11. No authorised bill, placard or poster may be displayed on any vehicle.
  12. In the event of a National Emergency, strike, fuel shortage, or for any reason beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any monies paid without further obligation.
  13. Where the company act for the passengers as an agent i.e. in the purchase of tickets, meals, accommodation etc. the organiser and/or passengers shall be responsible for any loss sustained by the Company in the booking of these services and must observe any conditions imposed on the Company by the suppliers.
  14. We cannot carry dogs or any other animals other than guide dogs accompanying registered blind persons and hearing dogs accompanying registered deaf persons.
  15. You must allow plenty of time for our Shuttle to arrive in time to connect with other forms of transport provided by other carriers on which you are planning to travel. Where such other form of transport involves air travel we recommend you allow at least 120 minutes before your flight check-in time.
  16. Please note we are not liable for any loss, damage, liability or cost suffered by you as a result of any delay to any of our services. However, every possible effort will be made to avoid such a situation.

  • Please note: Airport Transfers require payment in full before travel


Passengers must: 

  • Wear the provided seatbelt at all times
  • Behave in a reasonable, sensible and lawful manner whilst a passenger
  • Comply with any request or direction from a member of staff

Passengers must not: 

  • Expect the driver to make detours and/or individual drop offs if these have not been paid for.
  • Be abusive or threatening to any member of staff or any other person.
  • Behave in any manner that endangers or threatens the safety or security of any Shuttle, member of staff, passenger or their property.
  • Behave in any manner, which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to any Shuttle, member of staff, passenger or their property.
  • Take onto any Shuttle any food (for example chips, kebabs) whether to consume them or just to carry them.
  • Smoke whilst on board any Shuttle.
  • Board a Shuttle in a drunken state.

Passengers who fail to comply with the above rules or who we may reasonably believe will breach or continue to breach the above rules may be denied boarding or be removed from the Shuttle. 

In such cases further carriage will be denied and the Booking will be deemed cancelled without refund.
